Binomial Expansion

Obtain the expansion of \displaystyle \frac{1}{\left(1-2x\right)\left(1+x\right)} as far as the term in x^{3} and deduce the first for terms in the expansion of \displaystyle \frac{\sqrt{1-x}}{\left(1-2x\right)\left(1+x\right)}.
