Definition: Orthogonal Circles

Definition 1 (Emanuel, Wood & Crawshaw, 2002, Pure Mathematics 2, p. 183)

Two intersecting circles are orthogonal of the tangents at their points of intersection are perpendicular.

Definition 2 (Emanuel, Wood & Crawshaw, 2002, Pure Mathematics 2, p. 488)

A pair of circles whose tangents, at the points of intersection of the circles, are perpendicular.
